Investment banking is a BRUTALLY difficult career field to even break into much less succeed. Unless you attend an elite undergraduate institution (think from Harvard to Georgetown, some of the top public universities and the top Liberal Arts Colleges), you have almost no shot a breaking into the upper tier (and you'd have to be a brilliant standout at some if not all of those schools to have a shot at all). A 3.2 suggests you are far from a highly qualified student. My suggestion is that you look for a more attainable career unless you can become a standout candidate very quickly.
