only re-fi if it benefits you
lower payment,shorter term,better rate
and because it will cost to re fi
don't do it to save 1/2percent
weigh the cost to benefit
All mortgage lenders are the same. Make your payments in a timely manner and you will not have any problems. Why go through the cost of a refinance when there is nothing to gain.
You never pay to refinance just to change banks.
