There is NO Mr Leeds - that's a fake name used in Nigerian 'Senegal Refugee' scams to empty their victim's bank accounts
There is NO such bank as Rabo Bank. There is Rabobank but it's a Dutch, not English bank and there is NO Mr Leeds working ther
The ONLY way you can make a foreign transfer from a UK bank account to a foreign bank account is IN PERSON at the bank. You need to appear in person with both your photo ID and your bank card to prove it's your account, then you fill out an international transfer form with your bank account details and personal information and the receiver's bank details
This cannot be done online because of the risk of fraud. IF anyone is telling you to transfer online through somebody's email, it's more proof you are dealing with a scam

There is no Branch of Rabobank in Leeds, so why are you asking how to make a transfer from Leeds to Africa, the transfer would be from where your bank is based, to Africa, leeds doesn't enter into it.

The easiset way is to use Western Union, I take it you know and have met the person you wish to transfer the money to, as Western Union is not traceable so any money sent could be lost if you do not Personally know and have met the person.

It sounds like you have been given an offer of easy money. Let me guess. You have to send him some funds, so he can unlock a fortune you can share.
