so i'm going to live in ireland and i need to know which is the leading and safest bank in ireland

go for Permanent TSB, the 2 largest banks here are Bank Of Ireland and AIB, avoid BOI....(unfair charges, even for deposits), I don't bank with AIB myself, so can't really comment, but they are not as bad as BOI
