Wolfowitz was one of the 9/11 ringleaders. All of those ringleaders ended up with a position in the Bush cabinet. They are mostly Jews, but Bush is the gentile 'face' of the insurgency, or coup. They essentially took over the government in 2001 by flying planes into the WTC towers.

Because Bush is the worst leader ever! He values loyalty over competence/integrity. So he supports corrupt cronies who create messes everywhere they go, including the World Bank. It's Bush's fault. Period.

The funny thing is Wolfowitz followed an ethical procedure on this - what the issue here is that the Europeans don't like Wolfowitz so they are being unethical in how they are trying to get rid of him. Admittedly I am no fan of Wofowitz and the neo-cons but European politicans are proving how they like to use as George Orwell called it doublespeak and have made it an artform in international politics. Its now wonder we have the Europeans mainly to thank for two of the worst world wars in human history and the continuation of one bad action in handling world affairs after another.
