RBS is also a good and big company. now here we should talk about 2 things
1. stability
2. income
RBS has seen the worst and probably worst in world economy is over now. hence it should be considered as unstable but you should check about your project. if project is stable, you need to think from monetary side which is more beneficial.
another point which is worth considering is brand name. which company gives you good brand name.
If the terms n conditions along with ur compensation package is better in ur new assignment than the current one, there is no reason to refuse the offer.Royal Bank of Scotland is a reputed organisation.I would advise u to opt for the offer.
