Highheels are for social gatherings or man hunting.
I prefer to do business with a person who is dressed for business, not a cocktail party.
Too many women want to be taken seriously in business, but want to dress like models or hookers.
It has gone too far and they only hurt their image if they don't dress appropriately for the job at hand.
You never see a man wearing high heels or a skirt ripped up to his bum while working in a bank, do you?
Flats are the way to go and that is a good start.
