I had three DUI s in the early 70`s last one was in 1973,I had not had a drink for along time, went to a party and forgot I couldn`t drink and it turned in to prom night, I thought I was ok to drive, but I got pulled over and charged with a DUI, and in Kansas I could be a felon, I was planning to retire in...

First, you don't need a passport if you don't plan on ever returning to the country...

Second, a felony DUI isn't going to be a problem.
