I worked Customer Service at a bank before. In all honesty, it was one of the worst jobs I have ever had. When you are dealing with other people's money, be prepared to get cursed at, yelled at and threatened to be sued. Often for things that are out of your control.
Yeah it's boring. It's 8-5 job.
