Personally I would be happy that your bank has such good protection.
If you have trouble getting into your account then perhaps a hacker will be blocked.
In my humble opinion banking is best done in person and not online where it might be hacked.

I normally bank online and my bank doesn't have as much strict policies in place to protect accounts however, you can complain by contacting your bank and make it clear that you've faced issues.
Couldn't you just go to your branch?
Go down and talk to them in person.
