I was wondering if there were any Canadian banks that have locations/ATM's in any of the following countries:

Budapest, Hungary
Vienna, Austria
Prague, Czech Republic
Munich & Belin, Germany

Thank you!

International Banks like Citibank.
International banks are usually very localized in each country however, that means usually they charge for cash withdrawal at the sister bank the same amount as for any foreign card.
Best option is to pay with the credit card, as then the charges apply the vendors.
In Europe most accepted cards are with the Eurocard-Mastercard logo followed by Visa. AMEX is also widely accepted but not everywhere, like the first two.

I doubt for the first 3 but maybe in Germany. Some Canadian banks have international branches. For example, CIBC has branches in Beijing, Hong Kong and Tokyo, etc., but none in Europe. I am not completely sure but I remember that Scotia Bank had some sort of partnership with a French bank and allowed free withdrawals in that bank's ATM network. Best would be to check all major banks and call them indivicually. Note that some banks like ING have branches in Canada but you still have to pay fees to withdraw at its European locations.

I very much doubt it.

But the Canadian banks all belong to international ATM networks, so you can use your Canadian ATM card in European bank machines. They charge several dollars per transaction, so take out enough cash at a time to last for several days.
