The standard of written English is abysmal - it clearly was not written by a native speaker of English, or of British English, and why on earth would a UK bank use an email address from a free provider based in Mongolia (.mn) for goodness' sake? Apart from the fact that ANY email which uses a phone or fax number which begins "+44 70" is FRAUDULENT BY DEFINITION, as no reputable business will use such a number which can be diverted to any telephone or fax number in the world, and the main phone number given +44 7432 095993 is a mobile phone numnber, not a reputable landline phone number of the Royal Bank of Scotland (whose email addresses end in @rbs.co.uk ).
This is an obvious fraudulent scam. Break off all contact with whoever sent you the email.
