I need a lawyer in concord nc to sue a bank for giving out unauthorized information to someone who was not on?

the bank allowed someone to get information and a copy of a check .they were not listed on my account and I want to hold this person and the bank accountable.

Yeah, right. Spend tens of thousands over this...and banks can give copies of checks if they wish. You sue, you will lose.

What you need to do is close that account and take your business to a new bank.

You could sue but a lawyer is going to need money up front. Are you willing to spend thousands on a lawyer over this matter? Did you suffer any real damages? Like, did this other person drain the account, ruin your credit and stick you with overdraft fees? If you didn't suffer any real damages you don't have a case. It's not very likely you'll get punitive damages.

There's no such thing as holding someone accountable...sadly.
