It depends on your location. Are you in the states, Canada, or the UK?
What state or province are you in?
For example, I live in Texas USA where Prosperity Bank, Wells Fargo, Worthington Bank, First Convenience, Bank of Texas, and Chase will work.
It's going to take a little research but do a Google search for:
"Second Chance Checking Account" and your state, province, or area, like...
"Second Chance Checking Account in Michigan"
Weed out the scams and find a local bank offering second chance checking.

Just stay away from National City. I had an account htrough them and they screwed me out of $600. Put me WAY behind on bills, and then had the guts to call me a liar to my face. I sugest Chase bank, they are everywhere and have a good reputation.
Not sure where you live. But I use Regions bank and get free checkbooks.
