Perhaps you could expand your question and explain what has happened here. I don't know what av village is. If a crime has been committed, shouldn't you be telling the police, not Yahoo Answers?
Edit: I have now found avvillage.co.uk's website - or what was the website - it's now just a cache on Google. It looks like they have been playing fast and loose with people's money.
If you paid by credit card then you should be protected by this type of crookery.
It is the Hong Kong and Singapore Bank Corporation - try using a british bank - before they all get bought up by foreigners!`
Next time pay on credit card as you will have significant redress against the CC company.
