If there's no login page then they must not offer on-line banking. If they do, you'll have to call and ask for the URL if it's not linked on their home page.
If you are referring to the State National Bank of Texas out of Iowa Park, TX, their home page at http://snbt.net/ has a link to their on-line banking in the upper right corner of the page.
