Hamas is sponsored by Iran who has a grand plan for global hegemony. Fatah over in West Bank (Judea and Samaria region, Israel) is only looking moderate compared to Hamas.
They want the whole shebang. Graffitti in Arabic on non-Islamic headstones in the West Bank "First the Saturday people then the Sunday people." (yes, Christians and Jews lived there too and shouldn't be ethnically cleansed for yet another Muslim/Palestinan state.) Jordan already got 80% of the former Palestine Mandate and Israel already absorbed what non-hostile Arabs who are now Israeli citizens.
It doesn't even matter if one is Muslim, it's a particular brand of Islam that is seeking the hegemony, and they mow down anyone that stands in their way. Even without West involvement, they still proceed to blow each other up using barbaric militant tactics that shock civilized Western societies. They suicide, behead, and stone themselves and the rest of us.

Palestinians want what Israel has: a functioning country for Palestinians in Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
They want East Jerusalem as the capital of a new Palestinian state. They want to be able to reclaim their farms and homes which are now part of Israel. They don't want to be occupied by Israel any more. They want to travel freely without checkpoints and they want illegal outposts to end in the W. Bank. They don't want a revived Jewish neighborhood in E. Jerusalem under the Heritage Plan. They dont want to be expelled from their homes for a Jewish home under Military Order 1650. They want a thriving economy in Gaza and export business. They want the air, land and sea blockade of Gaza to end.
They wont be able to have any of these I believe.

This may depend on whom you classify as Palestinians. I guess you may be referring to the residents of Gaza and West Bank.
Judging by their most vocal and active leaders, what they want is to rule Israel as well as West Bank and Gaza. This will be the short term goal anyway. They believe that, since this land was ruled by the Muslim Ottoman Empire for 400 years, it must always be under Muslim rule. Hence they object to Israel.
They want their land back but european zionists do not want them in the area they settled upon and continue to settle people on more land to create a state for their people at the cost of palestinian lives and through breaking international law. But the tide is shifting in world opinion today and the palestinians are getting support globally.
The short answer?

None of those mentioned in your question. They want it all and if they had their way the rest of the middle east and even the world with it. Mostly though they just want the jewish people dead it seems. That is along with most of the Christian world as well. After all they are islamist and the goal of Islam is to conquer and rule the whole world and kill the infidel.
