It has to be a VISA ATM Debit Card. Go to irctc.co.in. After giving all details of booking, click on Make payment. On the next screen, click on any of credit card payment gateway. Give complete details of Debit card, including CVV no. and VBV secure code. Ticket will be booked and charges debited to your bank account.
