How to find the "fraction number" for my bank check?

I am ordering checks from a 3rd party and I need to know what my fraction number is.

I also want to know what they mean when they ask where my bank is located. I registered my BoA account in Falls church, VA but have since moved to Cambridge, MA. Where is my bank located?

The "fraction number" is apparently what some people call the number that is properly known as a transit code.
