If you just divide the small capacity into the big one that will give you a rough idea, which is 20,000 divided by 1,500 or just over 13 times. A high capacity power bank is just a big battery really, but it should charge your device faster than a mains adapter as battery to battery is a more efficient charging method. It may be more practical to use a power bank that's only 3 or 4 times as powerful as your onboard battery as this will be cheaper, lighter and easier to carry.

If the power bank is real full 20000mA capacity, it can charge your handphone about 12~13 times .You can calculate it by 20000 /1500 =13.3 . But when the power bank is charging or discharging, itself also has power consumption . So it may charge about 12~13 times .
