How old would I have to be to open up a Bank account in the US?

I'm moving to FL from the UK next year, currently have a Lloyds TSB bank account that i'm happy with, comes with a debit card and such. My question is, how old do you have to be to open up an account with the same facilities there? (Debit Card, Online Banking) Also, if anyone knows, what is the best...

You need to be of legal age to enter into any contracts in the USA. Most states that age is 18. And in the USA we have a cool thing called credit unions. For a small share (usually $25.00 dollars) you have share in the credit union and they have all the same benefits as a bank. The only difference is Members run the credit union not Stockholders and they offer better rates than most.
