I was wondering how old do you have to be to turn in change at a bank or can you be any age.

Banks do have to accept coins as legal tender for payments but can restrict the amount of coin they take in or charge extra for rolling it.

The best approach is to set up an account with the bank you want to deal with and ask them. They are more willing to accept coin from customers than non-customers.
