How do you get to the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre by taking the Metra train from Chicago?I live in Chicago, IL and will be going to Projekt Revolution in September. I was wondering how to get to Tinley Park's First Midwest Amphitheatre through a Metra train. | |
To get there you would have to take the Rock Island train to Tinley Park....there are two stations there, not the Tinley Park/80th Ave, but the first Tinley Park station from Chicago. When you exit the train the theater is a little over mile and half going South on Oak Park Avenue (Station is right on Oak Park Avenue). From the station you have a few choices, being from the city, you may choose to walk but keep in mind, it is a very long walk or you can check bus schedule or bus route because they run extra buses during concerts. Third choice is to get a taxi for the 2 mile drive.
