First, public transportation will probably not be your best bet. Public transportation will plentiful from the Susquehanna Bank Center into Philadelphia. However, late at night public transportation from the city out to the western suburbs is spotty at best.
The Marriott is right off I-76. Take I-76 east into Philly. Take I-676 East(which is a left exit). From there follow the signs for the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Once you cross into New Jersey follow the signs for the Entertainment Complex.
