This is a trick question because you can not buy Poca Valley Bank. It is not a publicly traded company.
I entered their stock symbol (ITXCX) in two places and found no results.
Maybe they don't publicly trade their stock.
If it is important for you to know this I would just call them and ask them.
Sometimes the direct approach is the best approach.
