Israel does not justify it.
In fact, they are trying to find out who did it to punish them.
In the past, Israel has clamped down on settlers and has stopped them BEFORE they have carried out attacks. And when an Israeli made a cartoon mocking Mohammed, Israel arrested them and put them in prison for inciting violence and hatred.

Meanwhile, Moslems not only justify burning and destroying Synagogues, they CELEBRATE doing so AND murdering civilians.

palestinian Arabs had an art festival commemmorating and celebrating the sbarro pizza bombing.
They name little league teams, sports stadiums, and streets after Arabs who have murdered Israeli civilians.

I'd like to know your thoughts about that...

Palestinian students at al-Najah University in the city of Nablus marked the anniversary of the outbreak of Palestinian violence with an exhibition entitled "The Sbarro Cafe Exhibition," celebrating the August 9, 2001 suicide bombing of the Sbarro pizza restaurant in Jerusalem, which killed 15 people and wounded dozens more.

Palestinian students at Al Najah University walk under a replica of a Sbarro pizza restaurant sign, which reads "Kosher" in Hebrew According to reports in the Israeli media and The Associated Press, the exhibition was comprised of a series of rooms. The Sbarro section of the exhibit was replete with body parts and pizza slices strewn across the room. The walls were painted red to represent spattered blood.

Another part of the exhibit glorified the "martyrs" who carry out suicide operations shown with a Koran and Kalishnikov in hand. A third section depicted a Palestinian behind a rock placed in front of a mannequin of an ultra-Orthodox Jew, with a taped recording broadcast on the loudspeakers saying "O believer, there is a Jewish man behind me. Come and kill him."

Funny Question.

But do the Israelites burn all Mosques or is it just in the West Bank Territories.

You see, we must learn whether it is chronic for the IDF to destroy ALL mosques or just limited to a certain area.

I know for a fact that Israel has a few mosques of its own:
Al-Muallaq Mosque
Jezzar Pasha Mosque
Sidna Ali Mosque

and even more mosques in both Jordan and Egypt. So the question that begs to be answered is "Why would the IDF burn those mosques?"

Have you any idea yourself?

Popular belief is that Palestinian Fighters against the IDF use these mosques to either store weaponry or manpower, and sometimes used as a staging point for attacks. Using it as a leverage for advantage in an attack.

If that is the case, then, I believe the mosque's sacredness has been compromised, and that it is being used not for the purpose it was built.

Having said that, people of cultures not belonging to those that use the mosque as a place of worship looses what ever few reverence they have for the mosque, and blow the Sh*t up.

That is the justification.

Blazing Pen Avenger.

How about Greek Churches having been defiled and systematically destroyed in The Republic of Cyprus (the Occupied 'Chunk') since August 1974. No Mosques (situated within 'Free Cyprus') have been damaged by Christians; on the contrary they have been respected and maintained. The State of Israel ought hunt down the arsonists, make reparations, and, publicly undertake, that, such acts of barbarism (the burning of Places of Worship) shall not be repeated. The memory of Nazis burning 'sealed' Synagogues (containing the Elderly, Women, and, Children - oh the horror) in The Soviet Union, Hungary, Poland, and, Czechoslovakia - during The Second World War - ought act as a sledgehammer-reminder.

What angers me is ignorance, which is breeding intolerance. The desecration of a mosque is no different than desecrating a church, synagogue or any other place of worship. The radical settlers who desecrated the Qur'an are extremists who are giving Israel and Judaism a bad name.

Israel's government and military should go after and arrest the radical settlers (a very small minority) for committing hate crimes.

I understand that the mosque was being defiled from religious activity by it's owners, they were using as a source for storing weapons and other terrorist actions. To my mind that no longer makes it a mosque.
It is wrong to destroy any building used purely for religious purposes in the same way as it is wrong to destroy Christian Bibles or any other Holy Book.

No way

They can't and according to that report they are not trying to justify it.

musicrulesok

They can't justify it, but the Israel praisers will as Israel can get away with murder and more!

Duke

I don't recall you complaining about the 60 years of systematic desecration and destruction of synagogues by Palestinians.

And you might want to look up that bit about places of worship losing their protected status if used for military purposes. Guess who likes to use mosques for military purposes...

Knowall

When they do not have to justify starving and burning people alive, why should they be justifying burning a building?

mov ah, 4ch

Israel will justify it right after palestinians justify the burning of synagogues:
