You could check online sources for jobs, or go to San Francisco for a few days and check with the banks. Look at the SF Chronicle online. Call some of the larger banks (Wells Fargo, Bank of America) and some of the smaller ones as well and ask for human resources and find out what the situation is like there. Good luck! San Francisco is a great place, but kind of expensive to live in!
