You *NEED* a job at a bank? Never knew anyone who *needed* a job at a bank, unless they were an inside person for getting the bank robbed.

As for the requirements, I believe that there is some kind of banker school that you need to go to. Talk to the people at your bank and tell them that you're interested. They can tell you what you need to know. They'll probably tell you to not make it a career, as the pay sucks. But if you want to use it as a stepping stone to be a CFO or AFO, then go for it.

I worked in a bank as a teller for over a year. They required prior cash handling experience, and a high school diploma. The pay did suck because its entry level but its a good stepping stone to higher paying bank jobs!

I'm pretty sure you need to be 18. You will have to pass a mathematics test that they will give you either when you apply or when you interview. Try to relate any prior work experience to banking. So, for example, if you had a fast food job as a teen, talk about how you provided excellent customer service, worked with cash and credit transactions accurately in a fast passed environment, etc.

If you know the right people, you can get any job you want. That is the key. Even if you are the most qualified person for any job, if no one gives you a chance to prove yourself, then you are still spinning your wheels.

Wait till youre og age and apply in your local bank.

Requirements:
Certificate in maths,english
any work experience to talk about in interview.
personal future goals to talk about in interview too.
