HELP! i forgot my online banking ID. what should i do?

i signed up for online banking and i forgot my ID...i also forgot to write it down somewhere. i received my temporary password today but couldn't log in for the first time since i forgot my ID. i called customer service and left a message about my situation and they haven't called back, and they just closed...

Until you get ahold of your bank there is no hope.These servers are the most secure of any.

I think a week should be a sufficient period of time for customer services to get back to you.
