Have you had any bad experiences with Bank of America (BofA)?I've heard nothing but complaints about them so was wondering if it's time for them to lose their banking license. The last straw for me was that they went into my account to withraw funds without my permission so I filed a fraud case against them. What about you? | |
YES... the BOA here in Gaffney SC would NOT allow US Flags as the funeral procession of a Fallen Marine came by. The manager at that time went out and pulled all of them up! She was later moved to another branch.. the City of Gaffney withdrew ALL its accounts from BOA.. IDIOTS..
There was some SERIOUS threats going on after they did that to that young man. I would allow my dog to open an account there.
Come on. This is one of the biggest banks in the world you really think they make a habit of going into peoples accounts and taking money out of them? Let's be honest, you probably overdrew your account or bounced a check or something and got upset because you didn't like their answer. I have worked in banking for almost ten years and I still find it funny all the bad stuff all these banks do. Never once in my time have I worked at a bank that withdrew money from an account that wasn't done for a cause.

Actually, Sunshine, 3 days is not normal for any bank. 10 Days is just about right. IF it was a check written off of your BOA account then I would have complained to.
Yes I deposited a 7k in My Grand daughters account, both of us use Bof A Me in one state, her in another, Those morons held the check for 10 days. Needless to say I closed my account.
the norm for an out of state check at any other bank is 3 days
