Yes I sold a short sale listing of mine through Associated Bank. They are a regional bank headquartered in Stevens Point, WI. I was assigned a file number and 2 different names of file workers up there in their risk management department. Very nice people. Very responsive. It's not such a large bank to where you call 3 times in a day and speak to a random person every time. You get direct numbers and direct email addresses so the process is easy to track and communication is nearly flawless.
I got an offer accepted and closed on the short sale listing within 30 days start to finish.
