Had problems with my old bank & had to close out my account. Any suggestions on a good bank to have an account with?

~I need a Checking and savings

The Prob: this company i bought something from charged my account UNAUTHORIZED 3 TIMES. Called the bank and they said/did nothing. not even freeze my account.

I recommend you Wells Fargo they are convenient and they give you a solution to everything and their mobile app for checking and savings is way better than the other banks! I have been with Wells Fargo for 4 years and they are amazing!
