Good all around bank in Marquette, MI??

I'm thinking of moving to Marquette, MI and am looking for a good all around bank, specifically looking for financing for a home, checking, savings, etc. Wells Fargo is there but I've heard that they are pretty bad about excessive fees. Another was a place called Citizens bank. Other than that there are a...

All banks are going to have fees, but there are always ways to avoid those fees (minimum deposits, don't overdraw, don't use someone else's ATM, etc). The Wells Fargo in Marquette has a good reputation as a friendly branch.

I would say check out some of the locations. Walk in, observe the atmosphere, see how the employees treat other people, and get disclosure documents with details about the accounts and fees. Also, see what the membership requirements are for a couple of credit unions. Once you have checked it all out you will likely know which bank/credit union you wish to use.
