Overnight the letter to the branch you opened up your account in Pennsylvania. Include you name, telephone number, address and wiring instructions. You see, your signature on that letter needs to be matched with the signature card they have on file when you opened up your account in Pennsylvania. That is what I would do. Then I could stay on top of the situation by calling the branch. You should also call the branch before your send it overnight delievery and tell them what you are doing. Once they get the request, then they will wire the funds to Arizona. Good luck- you still have plenty of time.

don't listen to the above 2 answers- faxing is not a good idea. Because the bank wants your signature in authenticity and faxes don't cut it. If a branch does accept your fax, then they are in violation of security rules and regulations.

Just fax your request to wire trf the funds, and call them n show sufficient proof that its ur acct and u r genuine...I guess that works, or better still write a check of that bank and give to ur new bank ....and say atleast they can keep the check as security till u get time to fix the things urself personally just in case ur PA bank does not heed to ur request.

Fax the request with your signature to the bank! They will check it and should respond quickly.Call the manager and tell them you are doing this and to please help you. They are people too! Make sure with the new bank that you have a realtionship-that means they know who you are! Visit weekly or every other for a cup of coffee while you go in the bank and make your deposits! see? Bankers are useful people to know!
