I don't think I have as much against Elizabeth as I do as her character.
Kim was horrible. I really disliked her character, and hated the fact that she was the one JD got pregnant. That was a huge mess, and they were never right for each other in the first place. It's all about JD and Elliot. ;]
When we were first introduced to her, she was a selfish, stuck-up random surgeon. Then, she suddenly became best friends with Elliot, and her and JD began to date and then BAM- she was already pregnant. I think if she would have just been on an episode or two, it would have been tolerable, but since she was the mother of the main character's child, she had to be on a lot more.
Oh, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who dislikes her. =]
I did not know she was in it, I guess it has been a while since I have seen that show. However I loved her in Zach and Miri
