This is a Nigerian scam. Delete it
if this were at all real you would never be notified by the bank or by email. You would have received a certified letter in the mail to your home address from the attorney handling the settlement. They would never ask for your full name, address or anything else as they would already know this is you were the beneficiary

Everyone gets these emails -they send to 100,000 people at once looking for people whose greed is stronger than their common sense

Yea, this all sounds real legit to me.

Send them all that information, hey, but also send them your social security card just in case. Oh yea, sometimes you can speed the process up by sending them all the money you have, that way they won't have to waste time stealing it later.

And Mr. Walter Elcock, well I'm sure he is a real person, and that he would never cheat you.
