I want to know which bank has the best interest rates/lowest fees/best features and services. How would you rank or compare (for college accounts) Wells Fargo (current) Bank of the West Bank of America US Bank Wamu Wachovia Alta Alliance Pacific National (or another bank local to the Oakland CA area)

I chose according what was available both at home and school. I don't know what the different banks' interest rates and such are. I would recommend googling for their websites and seeing what the options are.
