Did you mean the status of the class action lawsuit against Bank of America? It was decided in March that the banks in question improperly foreclosed and home owners where due compensation. Checks to the home owner started mailing out in April and will continue through July, but they are alot smaller then what was promised. Federal regulators ordered additional checks to be mailed out to make up for this shortage. Also, this was for the banks around the country, not just Las Vegas.
