The fact that you haven't been paid yet isn't a problem as it completely depends on your credit rating - you can check it at experian.co.uk. Make sure that you have £1 in your account though as you'll need to pay that for the credit check when you get your phone.
Your first bill won't be taken out until after the first month but it's a good idea to make sure that this date falls after pay day!

Yes you can i got 2 iphone 4 for nothing but you do need £2 in ur bank just to show that your bank is active and they put it straight back in after although some phones you will have to pay an upfront deposit for depends on the network and phone 3 is good :)
