Give them a call but to be honest they are going to want a sizable chunk to lift the hold............
No when they seize your account, they expect the whole account up to the amount you own. To seize a bank account is the big league like repossession. It's not a collection act that you can make negotiations and what not.
If they found that much in your bank account then you can afford to pay it and they will not give it back.
