Soo...Body English, The Bank and Moon have free locals night on the evening of my hubby's birthday. Which...

It depends what kind of promotions each club is doing on that particular Sunday. Look at their myspace pages, or their ads in Las Vegas Weekly and see if any of them are having celebrity guests or theme parties that night.

I would probably skip Moon though - their Sunday nights are not as good as The Bank and Body English.

Keep in mind that even though entry is free, drinks are not. Drinks at the Bank are quite a bit more expensive than at Body English (cocktails are about $10-15 at Body English, $15-20 at The Bank)

Also just because you are a local doesn't mean you will walk right in. The Bank and Body English don't have lines to get in - they just have a mob of people trying to get the attention of the doorman standing behind the velvet ropes. If you get there early before the mob gets too big, and you manage to get someone's attention quickly, a local couple shouldn't have to wait too long - just bluntly tell them you are locals and it's your husband's birthday. However on some nights I have seen many people give up and walk away after waiting 45 minutes just trying to get a doorman's attention.

Depends which night you're talking about. Wednesdays, Body English is the place to go. Sundays, it's Moon. I've not been to The Bank since it was Light, but I haven't heard great things about it.
