Banks with early direct deposits in FL?

Anyone know of a bank or the like (FL) who posts direct deposits earlier than payday? I know netspend.com posts it as early as two days before, but they have a lot of fees. There used to be the lawyers credit union who posted it a day before, but they merged with the university credit union who deposits it on the...

It doesn't depend only on the recipient bank. It also depends on when/how the employer transmits the DD data through the banking system from it's bank. If you're having financial problems, finding such a bank will not solve them.
