What is shows is that the courts need to butt out of banking. This all started years ago cause minority folks whined like babies that they could not get a mortgage and that it was racism. The courts and the Feds got involved and finally the banks caved. They gave minority people loans, and those idiots bought more house than they can afford, my guess is they thought Uncle Sam would just cover them if they fell. Now we are stuck with the mess. Oh and thanks to those deadbeat pieces of fecal matter for vandalizing the homes before they left.
