Go down to the bank and discuss it with them, make sure you aren't getting scammed by someone.
How old were you ?? Could they have thought you were maybe your Dad - Same name ?? *IF* you were not 18 yet, you are clear because under 18 isn't legal to sign a contract.
So they offered you a loan and you took it and now when you can't pay it back you call it a "bad loan" and how could they.
Nobody twisted your arm. You took the money.
In 2006 they were selling 500K houses to people making $8.50 an hour. Why does it not surprise me that they also gave personal loans to anybody with a job, even when the job didn't pay enough?
