You probably don't want to hear this, but you have to go back to BoA and re-explain your entire situation and file another dispute. It sounds like they rejected it because however they interpreted your dispute, they did not see it as fraud.
If you ever lose your wallet and banking information again, immediately go to the bank and have the debit/credit card closed and a new one issued. Trust me, it will save you this massive headache in the future.
