Bank account/overdraft question?im in the UK and im with natwest. i have a £2000 overdraft limit which is maxed out most of the time (cant afford to pay it off at the mo) is there any banks that have a cheaper interest rate than natwest, and if so can i transfer an overdraft to a new bank if i find one which is cheaper? | |
Word of caution.We were with Nat.West and owed them under £200.When we tried to move banks Nat West turned very nasty and threatened court action if we went ahead.We paid up,told Nat West where to go.They could have put a black mark on our credit reference reports.Whichever bank you go to all they will do is search your records with Experian etc.and your debt will show up.
