Bank account for person with debt?I am in Iowa, and I am on the chex system. I am currently looking for a bank that I can have direct deposit for, and doesn't use chex systems. I have heard the are called "second chance" bank accounts, but I really don't know what banks do them, especially in Iowa. | |
