Answer (1):

Butcher Bird

Both pursued vigorous economic plans that balanced each countries' budgets, which had not been done in years: Bonaparte balanced the budget in 1802, the first time it had been balanced in over seventy years. Hitler managed to balance Germany's budget by 1938. Both Hitler and Bonaparte ended unemployment in their countries with nationwide projects. Neither Hitler nor Bonaparte came up with the ideas. The programs of Hitler were proposed by Georg-Hans Reinhardt and Hjalmar Schacht, and the programs of Bonaparte came from various able ministers. By eliminating the economic crises in their countries and establishing a feeling of national security and pride, they raised national pride and patriotism to unprecedented levels.
Both used the Church to attain most of what they needed: Bonaparte using the church much more and much more thoroughly than the Fuhrer. However, neither one believed in Christianity. Bonaparte was a deist and believed in a higher power, but Hitler was an atheist and he especially hated Christianity and its "Jewish" teachings. However, because the masses were Catholic, Hitler and Bonaparte were "Catholic" too, at least in appearances. So not banks or institutions but the Catholic Church funded and aided and back then when they received stolen loot mainly from Jews. The Catholic Church in both periods was very anti-Semitic. Now Napoleon was not an anti Semite, he encouraged Jews to that were prosecuted to move to France and Hitler, well we all know that one. But appreciation for the Jewish faith did not stop him from taking there riches to get assistance and funding from the Catholic Church. Both played on the Catholic Churches hatred (then) of the Jews and threat of taking away there power to spoil them at the time for assistance in the future. So the Catholic Church was like a bank for both Napoleon and Hitler. Steal and deplete Jewish power and wealth and get funding and finacial support in the Future.
