Yes there are.
However, for international banking you should be able to visit any bank you like.
If you're using an ATM card you can go to any bank. However, you will have to pay fees of the bank, plus international fees. When I went I got my money exchanged here & then used a credit card for big purchases.
Bank of America and Citibank, that I know of... I think there are others.
