Are Jos A Bank and Men's Warehouse good quality?

Just curious. Leaving my current job to hopefully hit the business world next year and will need a good business wardrobe. Do these two companies make decent quality business clothes for someone starting out in the business world or are they over hyped? Am I better off looking for suits from a retailer like...

If you're on a budget, I would try a Brooks Brothers Outlet Store. I can't imagine how Bank and the Men's Warehouse can make decent quality clothes for those prices. I'm too suspicious to even go in those stores.
